I’m Nadine Al-Huneidi, founder of Mind Body Magic. I am your psychotherapeutic coach, holistic therapist, healer, life coach and guide. I am the person high performers come to when they're done with surface-level fixes. I’m also who they trust to help them when anxieties or addiction start to try running the show.

My own personal development began after the death of my father & the onset of several severe eating disorders. I was also living life a little to dangerously- Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, style. 

Not only did I heal myself by myself, I also changed my unhealthy habits, behaviors and lifestyle completely, to become wholesome and high-performing. And the process of changing was so organic, that it felt easy, natural & effortless. 

What also felt effortless was my newborn clarity, direction, passion and purpose.

So I left the fashion world and studied with world-class doctors, coaches, gurus, healers and therapists to refine my  approach and develop a unique methodology that goes deep, and works fast. (Unlike the years that it can take otherwise). 

Over a decade later, with 800+ private clients and counting, I now help leaders, founders, and visionaries cut through the noise, clear their blocks, and become healthier, happier, higher performing and more fulfilled. Simultaneously. 

It is by walking thorough the fire of my own transformation that I earned my stripes. And it is because of this fire that I am able to  help you walk through yours.
